In this regard, state-owned enterprises, as an initiative factor, lead practice and innovation with new ideas. Then, this paper makes a systematic analysis based on the supply-side reform of state-owned enterprises, hoping to promote the development level of Chinese state-owned enterprises through reform and innovation.
